Pastors:

Brett & Patricia

Husband and wife team Brett and Trish have sensed for a long time God's calling on their lives to work together as a Pastoral Team and start a brand new church within their community.

Both serve in full-time ministry at a regional and local level. Brett previously worked in the public sector for 33 years and Trish was in the teaching profession for 28 years. They have been married for over 15years, having both been previously divorced, and enjoy a busy family life with Trish's 3 children and 10 grandchildren. In their leisure time together they enjoy the countryside, walking and travel.

Deacon's: Alan and Sue

Sue and Alan have always lived in Stoke-On-Trent and have been married since 1977. They have been Christians for many years - Sue from the age of 15 having studied the Gospels during 'O Level' Religious Education at a Church of England School and Alan from the age of 18 as a result of belonging to a youth group at a local Methodist church.

Sue is interested in health and fitness, especially for women, and Alan enjoys football and cricket. They both enjoy country walking, history, nature and keeping pet budgies.

Trustee's: Tony and Sue

Tony and Sue are husband and wife who have been happily married since 1992. They have both attended and served various churches over the past 3 decades and have recently been elected onto the board of Trustees for Victory Life Church.

Tony has wrestled with a sight problem for most of his life and he has a guide dog called Peegee.

As a drummer, Tony has often been involved in leading worship, but his real passion is to encourage Christians to accept the truth of the Bible from the very first verse. Tony worked as a systems developer for 26 years, but following redundancy now writes novels. In his downtime he has a keen interest in sport.

Sue has over the years in various church settings, been actively involved in the delivery of children's and youth work, of which she continues to do in Victory Life Church.

Since the year 2000 Sue has worked in a local school for children with special needs as a Teaching Assistant.

Sue loves spending time with family and reading, especially books by Jane Austin.
